About This Activity
Description
Character Creation in Pixel Art allows participants to step into the world of pixel artistry and bring their unique characters to life. In this class, students will design, outfit, and animate characters, creating everything from basic moves like running and jumping to more complex sequences like victory, defeat, and attacks. By the end of the session, participants will have digital stills and GIFs of their creations to share with their friends and family. Whether students are beginners or experienced artists, this class offers a fun, creative environment to build confidence, explore character design, and enhance their digital art skills.

Running directly before Character Creation is Minecraft Build Battle Clinic from 4:30-6:00pm. You can register here. Youth who are participating in both ESports programs are welcome to bring a snack to eat before Character Creation begins.
