About This Activity
Zumba Gold is Bold! is designed for all ages - for those new to Zumba, for those who have had an injury, and for those who would love a modified version. Zumba Gold runs for 45 minutes and includes verbal and non-verbal cueing. You will sweat and you will receive the many benefits of dancing, but the movements will be less stressful on your joints and your body. Make-up date, if needed, 3/16/25. Instructor: Lisa Elliott
