About This Activity
Description
This Track camp is for boys and girls: High School/Middle school coaches and players from local area will be instructing our local youth in developing track and field skills. Preparing campers for their upcoming seasons, by gaining knowledge and confidence and have some fun!
DEADLINE IS JULY 1-TO ENSURE YOU GET THE RIGHT SIZE OF SHIRT.
Instruction in the following: Running mechanics & training, distance and speed events, and throwing events.
Apparel Needed: Shorts or sweatpants, and tennis shoes.
Track camp is July 14, 15, and 16 at Enumclaw HS Track from 10am-1pm.
PLEASE BRING PLENTY OF WATER AND SUNSCREEN!
