Description
Come join Spec Rec Integrated CrossFit class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.A CrossFit class where people of all abilities will workout alongside one another, whether athletes have an intellectual disability or are neurotypical. Together, everyone will take on the same workout of the Day. As with our typical CrossFit class, our coaches meet our athletes where they are at based on their skill level. Each class provides scaling and coaching to every member in order to achieve our desired workout intensity.You must receive approval from one of our coaches before joining this class. This is an advanced CrossFit class, so you must demonstrate proficient understanding and mastery of the basic foundational movements. Further, WA state DDA respite funds can be used to pay for these classes if the athlete has them available.
