About This Activity
Welcome to the sourdough craze, folks! From TikTok to Facebook, it seems like everyone has a funny named sourdough starter on their kitchen counters these days! Well now you can join in on the fun, too! Introduction and history of sourdough and create their own sourdough starter. We will be measuring ingredients in metric, looking under a microscope for yeast and bacteria, and exploring the wonderful world of sourdough! **BEWARE OF FOOD ALLERGIES! **
