In this course, students will get to explore other cultures and share their own with friends through the art of cooking and eating. We will learn basic cooking skills and students will be exposed to different cultures, languages, and cuisines from both around the world and from within the walls of Roycemore. In addition to basic skills such as knife skills and cooking raw meat, students will learn different cooking techniques such as making dumplings, frying their own tortilla chips, and different seasonings they can use. Students will also participate in an all day excursion to Chinatown.
