Description
Join EPRD for our first ever, High Adventure Experiences!
These activities are designed for anyone aged 10 and up to attend.
Parents are welcome to register too! Take a day off of work this summer and spend some time with your kiddos outdoors at one of our amazing outdoor experiences!
Or let EPRD take care of your young adventurer - and you can still take a day off!

Raft and Zip Line Day -
Join us for a day of white water rafting and zip-lining!
We will start the morning on an 8-tower, 5,000 foot long Zip Line course in Clear Creek County.
After we break for lunch, we will switch over to paddling down Clear Creek through the rapids to cool off!

Notes for day of -
- Drop off and pick up is at Buchanan Recreation Center.
- Drop off is at 8 AM, pickup is at 4:45 PM.
- Don't be late - van will leave at 8:20 AM sharp!
- Dress appropriately for the weather, and don't be afraid to bring a day pack with what you may need for the day.
- Wear sunscreen!
- Bring water with you! We will have a water container on the vans to refill as necessary.
- Please bring a lunch that does not need to be chilled or heated.
- Facility does offer snacks and drinks for purchase. Bring cash or card.
- Attendees must weigh between 65lbs and 250lbs, and must be between 4' and 6'3" in height.

Outdoor Climbing Day -
Join us for a day of outdoor climbing with our climbing gurus!
We will go to one of the many, many crags within Jefferson County! Exact locations will be decided before our adventure and we will reach out prior to the day to let everyone know exactly where we will be.
No experience necessary to join us on this adventure, just bring an adventurous spirit - and some water!!

- Don't be late, van will leave promptly at 9:00 AM.

Wellington Lake Day -
Join us for a sun-filled day at the beach at Wellington Lake!
Bring your swimming suit!
Plan for a fun day at a private beach with a private floating dock! We will rent SUP's, and kayaks for the paddlers in our group. Bring your fishing rod if you would like and see if you can catch a trout!
EPRD will supply lunch for everyone to replenish before the afternoon.

- We will be outside for the duration of the day, dress appropriately for the weather, and don't be afraid to bring a day pack with what you may need for the day. Sunglasses and a hat are highly recommended.
- Bring a swimsuit and a towel.
- Wear sunscreen - and bring extra!
- Bring water with you! We will have a water container on the van to refill as necessary.
- Lunch provided by EPRD for this adventure.

Virginia Canyon Mountain Park Day -
Let's go shred Virginia Canyon Mountain Bike Park!
We will be making a trip to VCMP to ride the awesome trails at this new park in Idaho Springs!
EPRD will handle transport of riders and bikes.
If you need or want to rent a bike for this experience, please reach out to Evergreen Bike Shop and mention EPRD for a 10% discount on rentals for this day!

- Dress appropriately for the weather, and don't be afraid to bring a day pack with what you may need for the day. Sunglasses and a hat are highly recommended.

- Bring a lunch that does not need to kept hot or cold.
- Bring water with you! We will have a water container on the van to refill as necessary.
- Helmets are required! You will not be able to ride without a helmet.
- Sunglasses/Goggles and gloves are highly recommended.
- Any additional padding is your choice, but is also recommended.
- Any rental from EBS is your sole responsibility and any agreements on rentals are between EBS and the renter.

Join us for a hike to the top of Bergen Peak!
