Description
Gets you started with Aerial Arts technique as a form of fitness regimen. This workout is the beginning stage to Aerial class, an intense workout that includes traditional ground warm-ups and simulate exercises on aerial apparatus. The class moves on to exercises on the aerial apparatus focusing on core, balance, and strength. It is in this class that you will learn to do various pull-ups, straddles, climbs, crochets, pullovers, and hip keys on aerial apparatus. (No trick combinations).Activity Age Group
