Take your workout afloat! SUP Fit boosts core stability, builds strength, and improves cardio endurance on a stand up paddleboard for a fun, refreshing fitness challenge. Expect wobbling, laughing, and a great workout on the water. All levels welcome! Class is taught by Shelly.
