Description
Want in intro to indoor rock climbing??This is the class for you!
During these classes, students will learn proper warm ups, basic climbing movement, body positioning, and tools to manage the mental and emotional challenges of rock climbing!
By the end of this course, students will be able to tie a proper Figure Eight Follow-Through knot, stopper knot, knowledge and use of proper climbing commands, and proper assisted belaying technique.
**** There is no prerequisite class for this course, however, age restrictions are in place and are not waivable unless a birthday occurs during the session.
