Stay steady, confident, and independent!Join EPRD for a Balance & Fall Prevention Course for Seniors, led by experienced instructor Stephanie Smith Raby. This supportive, easy-to-follow program is designed to improve strength, balance, and coordination—helping you reduce your risk of falls and stay active in your daily life.
Stephanie Smith Raby from Common Spirit Health will be leading a presentation on Balance and Fall Prevention, and utilizing state-of-the-art technology, can accurately measure all participants' balance scores and provide feedback and information on reducing the risk of falls.
In this course, you’ll:
- Learn simple exercises to build stability and strength
- Improve coordination and confidence in movement
- Discover practical tips to prevent falls at home and on the go
- Enjoy a safe, welcoming environment at your own pace
This course will be taking place in the Bristlecone Lounge at the Buchanan Park Recreation Center on June 17th from 11am-12:30pm and is free and open to the public!
