Description
Beginner 1 Tai Chi ChuanTai Chi Chuan is a Taoist internal martial art. It is learned within an ancient system of fluid, rounded, and balanced movements.
Practiced daily, Tai Chi will promote spiritual, emotional, and physical equilibrium.
This class teaches the form developed and made popular by Chen Man Ching, a short form of Tai Chi with 37 movements.
Beginner 1: The first third of the form will be taught. The teaching is progressive and depends on building on knowledge and practice from class each week.This is a 10-week course.
