Description
Tai Chi Chuan is a Taoist internal martial art. It is learned within an ancient system of fluid, rounded, and balanced movements. Practiced daily, Tai Chi will promote spiritual, emotional, and physical equilibrium. This class teaches the form developed and made popular by Chen Man Ching, a short form of Tai Chi with 37 movements.Beginner 2: This class builds upon the knowledge and practices of the Beginner 1 class from the fall session. The class will finish the entire form. The teaching is progressive and depends on building on knowledge and practice from class each week.No class held on March 18, 2025
