Tai Chi Chuan is a Taoist internal martial art. It is learned within an ancient system of fluid, rounded, and balanced movements. Practiced daily, Tai Chi will promote spiritual, emotional, and physical equilibrium. This class teaches the form developed and made popular by Cheng Man-ch'ing, a short form of Yang-style Tai Chi with 37 movements.
Intermediate: Focuses on the refinement of the form and enhancing Chi. This class relies on the students having completed both the Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 classes.
