Drift into deep relaxation as you practice gentle, restorative yoga poses on the calming surface of the water. This stand-up paddleboard class is designed for all levels- no SUP or yoga experience needed. Supported by the gentle sway of your board and surrounded by the sounds of nature, you’ll release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your breath. Class is taught by Shelly.-EPRD reserves the right to cancel class at any time due to weather conditions or low enrollment.
