Art Class: Fingerboards and Skate Park Date: July 9 Time: 1:30PM - 3:00PM Location: Dover-Eyota Elementary School - Art Room Grades: K-12 (*Preschool age students can register for these classes if an adult is able to attend as a chaperone*) Cost: $30/student (*No fee for adults who are attending with their preschool child*) Description: Kids will design their very own mini skateboard called a fingerboard with shrinky dink material and attach wheels. Then they will use special cutting tools, cardboard and hot glue to create a mini skate park to exercise their fingerboard. Please contact Christine Peterson ahead of the class if you aren’t comfortable with your students cutting and gluing corrugated cardboard.
