About This Activity
Description
This program will focus on the revolutionary period covered in the Give Me Liberty: Virginia & the Forging of a Nation exhibit and will present participants with examples from the visual record of the revolution, including paintings, drawings, prints and sculpture and ask them to determine bias and propaganda, after which they will create their own pro-revolutionary imagery. All registered participants must be accompanied by an adult. This program will take place at the Fairfax Museum and Visitor Center.
