Jacki Sorensen is the originator of Aerobic Dance – in this Get-It-All-Together fitness program! Sharon incorporates stretching, strength training and cardiovascular training as you dance to choreographed music - you set your pace. Dance experience is not required, and your first day is FREE! Bring an exercise mat and water bottle; hand and ankle weights optional.
