Join us for a week of immersion in the wilderness in this iconic Whole Earth camp. Shoot bows and arrows like the Greek goddess of wild animals and wilderness, Artemis! Practice outdoor skills like fire making, knot tying, navigation, and primitive camp cooking! Connect with your crafty side through nature art, leather working and carving! Embrace the darkness with songs and night games! At Camp Artemis we explore and empower the feminine, while recognizing that gender is a constellation, unique to each one of us. During this special week we create a space where each of us can welcome, celebrate and share our unique-ness. We also have a darn good time in the woods! Camp Artemis is open to girls (including trans and cis girls) and non-binary, gender queer and gender-questioning kids Our new site is just outside of Fall Creek, Oregon. All campers will be dropped off on Monday at Mount Pisgah at the same time as other camps. Parents will drive out to the site on Friday for presentations and pickup from 4-5pm.
