Pack your gym bag, we are headed to Maine Academy of Gymnastics. Students will be introduced to the Olympic sport of gymnastics by using the tumbling mats, bars, balance beam,vault as well as trampoline. Students will be taught about the fundamentals of strength and flexibility in every class. Gymnastics is a great way to become more physically fit and agile, but the best part is...ITS FUN! Participants must be six years old by the first day of class.
Transportation is not included.
