About This Activity
Description
In this introductory program, basic catching, throwing, and cradling skills are taught. Creative teaching techniques and modified equipment are used to maintain a safe, non-threatening, fun environment. No equipment is necessary. Sticks, goggles and soft lacrosse balls will be provided.
