Description
ALL PARTCIPANTS: Need to be registered with USA Lacrosse to participate in camp. Participants can register at usalacrosse.com/membership. Please indicate your membership number at the time of registration.Maineiax is a local premier boys and girls lacrosse club that specializes in helping players meet their goals and grow their lacrosse game. Whether you are just learning or looking to take your game to the next level, our elite coaches will teach the fundamentals as well as advanced lacrosse skills. Using small groups and stations, we will concentrate on stick work, agility and footwork as well as offensive and defensive concepts. Skills we will focus on include dodging, ground balls, cradling, shooting, defense and more. In addition to the required equipment, players should bring their own mouth guards, snack/lunch, sunscreen and water bottle. Camp t-shirt will be provided.
Players need to provide their own equipment.Boys Equipment - lacrosse helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, athletic supporter/cup, lacrosse stick.Girls Equipment - lacrosse stick, lacrosse goggles, and mouth guard
