About This Activity
Description
Students develop comfort with underwater exploration, and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning benchmark skills, also they will learn water stamina, fundamentals of front crawl and backstroke, treading water, and independent water exit. We will build on skills learned in stage 1 to include sit dives and big pool acclimation.
For ages 3-6 years old. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
NO CLASSES THE WEEK OF MAY 26TH
Please bring swim suit and towel for your child. If your child is not potty trained, please make sure you purchase swim diapers for them to wear. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
