This once-weekly class breaks down the first and second thirds of the wu-style short form. Each class session will focus on learning discrete movement blocks, including Play the Lute, Single Whip, and Step Parry and Punch. Class is performed standing, and the movements are cumulative. Benefits include improvements in strength, balance, and proprioception; social engagement; and mindfulness. (Class A = Monday nights only; Class B = Thursday nights only)
