Description
Facilitator: Erin S.Organized Round Robins offer competitive opportunities to play within a specific skill level. Registration provides access to an email list for Round Robin playing opportunities May - October 2026. Pickleheads and DUPR (free) accounts required.
Sign-ups for participation will be managed by Erin through the app Pickleheads, and participants will be notified by email when sign-up opens. Skill levels will rotate each week between the following levels: (3.0-3.5), (3.25-3.75), and (3.75-4.2). All scores are recorded in DUPR. All ages are welcome.
In consideration for the time and efforts required to coordinate round robins and ensure fair & equal playing for everyone, please plan to attend when signing-up. We realize unforeseen circumstances, like illness and emergencies, may arise. Please communicate absences with Erin ASAP, so a substitute player may be arranged. In the event of multiple no-shows without prior communication, you may be withdrawn from the email list for a period of time.
Program Cancellations: Weather and/or facilitator cancellations will be managed by Erin through the app Pickleheads.
Program Location: McGaw Pickleball Courts (5236 Lacy Road)
Tuesdays (9 - 11am): May 5 - May 26 - Courts: #1-#4
June - October - Courts: #9-#12
Wednesdays (6-8pm): May - October - Courts: #9-#12
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made after registering and prior to the start date of an activity will have a $5.00 administrative charge deducted from your refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than five working days from the activity start date. No refunds will be given once a class or program has started. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable.
