About This Activity
Description
In this program players will be instructed on stroke development, court etiquette, and game strategy. You do not need previous experience playing matches. Players will be paired with others of similar skill level during match play against other local communities.
A weekly team practice will be held on Wednesday afternoons (and Friday mornings until matches start), and matches will be played on Friday mornings. Home matches will be played at McKee Farms Park, while away matches will be played throughout the Madison area. Participants must arrange their own transportation to matches.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made after registering and prior to the start date of an activity will have a $5.00 administrative charge deducted from your refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than five working days from the activity start date. No refunds will be given once a class or program has started. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable.
