About This Activity
Description
Take to the skies in this high-tech STEM camp! We’ll learn the fundamentals of safe drone piloting, including responsible flight practices, precision takeoff and landing, and controlled navigation. We’ll design and build an obstacle course, then program our drones to complete mission-based challenges. Along the way, we’ll explore aerodynamics, robotics, and coding while discovering real-world applications like search and rescue. This hands-on experience builds problem-solving and technical skills while introducing pathways in aviation, engineering, and emerging drone technology careers.
Campers should bring lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.
