About This Activity
Discovering Repertoire is a Royal Academy of Dance syllabus class for students wanting to take an RAD examination in Spring 2027. To take the Exam, students must be enrolled in both the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Disc. Repertoire classes. The Class Unit (including barre and center work) and Variation 2 Unit (based on a variation from the ballet “Giselle”) will be will covered and be options for exams. Pointe shoes are optional for this class, as the exam can be performed with pointe or demi-pointe shoes at the discretion of the teacher. There will be an additional fee for the exam and a basic leotard will be required as an exam uniform. This is a great way to combine a challenging, personal goal with a chance to perform a variation from the classical ballet repertoire.
