About This Activity
Progress Ballet Technique (PBT)/ Ballet Conditioning classes are optional classes for students in Intermediate & Advanced Foundation (RAD Grades 7 & 8). The class is highly recommended, as it will be required for Advanced 1 & 2 students. PBT training is utilized by RAD studios across the globe, as it was created by a RAD teacher for RAD students. It is a specialized conditioning course that caters to ballet-specific needs. This class will meet on Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm. The class rate is $14.75/h at 1 hour per week for 17 weeks of class (Jan. 14 - May 13, 2026) Students are asked to wear their standard class leotard, tights and ballet shoes, with their hair up and flyaways tucked. Students are required to bring a water bottle to class with them. All workout materials will be provided by the studio.
