About This Activity
Description
This new Ninja and Gymnastics combination class is packed with agility challenges and calisthenics work. For 30 minutes, class members will work on the ninja equipment. Their weekly progressions will involve rock climbing, balance course, and body weight exercises. During the other 30 minutes of this action packed class, students will work gymnastics tumbling basics such as handstands, cartwheels, and handsprings on Floor, Tumbl Trak, and Trampolines.
Instructors will endeavor to increase the speed, strength and air awareness of all the athletes through exposure to a multitude of exciting, but age appropriate station and agility courses.
