About This Activity
As gymnasts progress to the intermediate levels, the complexity of skills increases and they begin to really focus on refining their technique, developing greater strength and flexibility, and expanding their repertoire of moves. Intermediate gymnasts will work on moves such as roundoffs, handstands and bridge kickovers.
