TAEKWONDO - Taught by Adam Chanel -Taekwondo or Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that translates to the art of fist and foot. It centers on both kicking and punching techniques as well as the mastery of set forms. It originated in Korea and dates as far back as 2,000 years making it one of the oldest forms of self-defense in the world.
