Instructors ensure age-appropriate training with drills, partner exercises, and light sparring, fostering teamwork and personal growth. Perfect for kids to build strength, problem-solving skills, and a sense of achievement. ** STUDENTS ARE NOW ENCOURAGED to practice using a traditional Gi (uniform).
