About This Activity
This class emphasizes discipline, respect, and fun while developing essential skills like balance, coordination, and confidence. Students learn fundamental BJJ techniques such as escapes, submissions, and positional control, all within a safe and supportive environment. Instructors ensure age-appropriate training with drills, partner exercises, and light sparring, fostering teamwork and personal growth. Perfect for kids to build strength, problem-solving skills, and a sense of achievement. ** STUDENTS ARE NOW ENCOURAGED to practice using a traditional Gi (uniform).
