Participant Registration Changes-
There will be a maximum of 40 participants able to register when registration opens. One those 40 spots are full and have head coaches determined, all additional children will be put on a waitlist. In order to get off the waitlist and open and additional spots, we have to have confirmed volunteer HEAD coaches. When we get additional coaches, it will open 10 total spots/coach.
For Example: Betty wants to register for T-ball but her parent/guardian does not want to coach. Mary then calls to sign up and her parent/guardian DOES want to coach. That means Betty and Mary will be registered, and an additional eight spots will open up.
Head coaching incentive-
At the conclusion of the season you will be refunded to your parks and recreation account the full league fee. This is the coach that leads the team, does the team communication, and attends all meeting times.
This is for all leagues beginning Summer 2024 and moving forward.
Disclaimer: if in the instance of modification and/or cancellation or withdraw of participation from any Fort Dodge Parks and Rec programs there will be no cash, check, or credit card refunds. All refunds will be placed on Fort Dodge Parks and Rec registration account.
