About This Activity
This 55 minute program is for everyone who struggles to commit to a weekly class. This session is limited to 10 children. Pre-registration will be required on our website/registration program In this coach led class children will explore both gross and fine motor skills. Through structured warm up, games, songs, circuits children will begin to develop body awareness, agility, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.
