About This Activity
This 55 minute program for children aged walking to 5 yrs old is for everyone who struggles to commit to a weekly class. This session is limited to 8 children and their care givers. Pre-registration will be required on our website/registration as we do not have reception. Any previously purchased punch cards will be honored with the purchase of an updated GymBC Membership. A GymBC Membership is required and will be charged when you purchase your first visit. In this coach led class children with the help of their caregiver will explore both gross and fine motor skills. Through structured warm up, games, songs, circuits and free exploration time children will begin to develop body awareness, agility, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.
