The program will start with general warm up and stretches and move in to structured lessons. Athletes will be given the opportunity to make the program their own, with athlete led activities. Athletes will also have the opportunity to go off and work independently under the guidance and supervision of our coaches. This program is for everyone, for those wanting to learn how to roll and handstand to those who are retired gymnasts wanting to come back and practice their skills and learn new ones. Depending on skill level the class will be split in to beginner/intermediate and intermediate/advanced. This program is a structured class and is by pre-registration only and requires a GymBC Membership
