About This Activity
Join be.well and community partner Cincinnati Martial Arts Club for our Martial Arts Series! Martial Arts sessions on Sundays at Highlands High School Fieldhouse in Fort Thomas, KY. We will meet on Sundays weekly at 11:00 AM for 45 minute sessions. Sessions will include drills, punching, kicking, and intro to self defense. Exercise routines, activities, games, and drills will be led by a martial arts Grandmaster. Martial Arts is free and welcome to all experience and ability levels.
