Campers will gain a broad understanding of traditional ingredients and recipes using in-season foods while developing proper meal preparation skills in an industrial kitchen. They'll try various recipes from different restaurant styles and discover what it takes to create these delicious dishes, all while collaborating with peers. New recipes are introduced each week, offering a wide range of flavors and treats that even the pickiest palate may enjoy! Grades 5-8 ***Campers will swim daily, so please pack a swimsuit, towel, lunch, and water bottle. ***Hair must be tied back securely, and closed-toed shoes are required in the kitchen. ***If your camper has dietary restrictions, contact the office as not all needs can be accommodated due to shared cooking spaces and potential cross-contamination.
