About This Activity
Calling all herp enthusiasts! New Jersey is home to an incredible 71 species of reptiles and amphibians—from frogs and salamanders to snakes and turtles and this week of camp we are challenging young naturalists to discover as many as they can! Campers search diverse habitats, learn safe handling techniques, study unique adaptations, and keep track of every species they encounter. It's a week of hands-on exploration for kids who love cold-blooded creatures! Offsite Program: Parent drop-off/pick-up at varying locations daily (address provided upon registration). Supervised by Lorrimer Sanctuary naturalists.
