Camp Will 2024 is currently full and on a waiting list. If you would like to add your camper to the waiting list, please click here (online code 33129).
Camp Will is a summer camp for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6 through 23 years) with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
This online registration is the first step of a two step process to enroll your child in Camp Will.
ELIGIBILITY
Campers must be a resident of Williamson County and between the ages of 6-23 years (campers must be 6 by May 31, 2024). *If a camper turns 24 during Camp Will, that camper can remain at Camp Will for the rest of the 2024 camp dates. After the last day of camp, that camper will then be aged out of the program.
New to Camp Will? An assessment must be completed by a parent/legal guardian prior to online registration. Campers must also be present during the assessment. Please call 615-790-5719 ext. 2033 to schedule an appointment. Please note: Assessments appointments are available between 8:30am-3:30pm Monday through Friday and are scheduled around ongoing Therapeutics programs and events.
The deadline to complete new assessments for Camp Will 2024 is Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
GROUP STRUCTURE
In order to provide a safe and fun experience, campers are divided into groups of approximately 10-12 campers. Each group is staffed with up to 4 counselors. The ratio is 3-4 campers for every one counselor. Campers must be able to remain with their group.
Please note: Campers who require a constant 1:1 may need more support than this camp structure can provide. If a camper requires 1:1 support, WCPR will gladly accommodate any qualified person or outside agency of the parent/legal guardian's choice. This additional support is at the parent/guardian's expense.
Camp Dates
June 3, 2024-July 19, 2024 (No camp on Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, 7/4)
Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm
Please note: July 19 is the last day of Camp Will. Camp will dismiss at 1pm that day.
During online registration, families can sign up for up to FIVE weeks of camp, depending on availability.

$25 Registration Fee
$80 Weekly Rate for Holiday Weeks; $100 Weekly Rate for Non-Holiday Weeks
Financial Aid is available upon request and must be received and approved PRIOR to the final payment. Please email traci.hamby@williamsoncounty-tn.gov for more information. Financial aid may supplement the weekly rate but does not cover the $25 registration fee.

Each week is limited to 60 spots.
Registration & Forms:Step 1 - Register online to sign up for Camp Will.
- Online registration will open on 9am on March 20, 2024.
- Online registration is on a first come, first served basis.
- No in-person registrations will be accepted.
- Parents can sign up for up to 5 weeks of camp, depending on availability.
- A $25 non-refundable registration fee will be due at the end of this transaction. Payment must be credit/debit card only (a small non-refundable processing fee is collected for all transactions).
Step 2 - Stop by one of the drop-in registration dates to complete Camp Will registration.
- Only a parent or legal guardian can complete registration for Camp Will.
- For each drop-in date, parents/legal guardians can come in any time between the designated hours scheduled for that date.
- All registrations and final payments must be completed by the last drop-in date (April 15).
- Returning Campers: All paperwork (registration forms and updated assessments if necessary) will be due at this time.
- Final payment will be due (payment amount will depend on the number of weeks each camper is registered for). Cash, check, or credit/debit card payments accepted (a small nonrefundable processing fee is collected on credit/debit card transactions). The weekly rate is $80 for holiday weeks and $100 for non-holiday weeks.
