About This Activity
Description
Have fun while staying healthy! We work on improving strength, balance and overall health. We will begin with stretches, followed by a variety of exercises using resistance bands, hand weights and stability balls. We complete the workout with a 20-25 minute walk. Please note: Weather permitting, we will walk outside on the walking trail. If there is inclement weather or the temperatures are too cold/hot, we will walk on the indoor walking track.
Participants must be independent and can follow directions within a small group.
