Ratings based clinic 43803Weekly match times: Thursdays 8:00am and 9:30am, flex matches separateFormat: Co-ed, best 2 of 3 sets, no-ad scoring, 10-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set.Scoring: All scores will go to build WTN and UTR rating. Scores will be sent to the USTA Match App and UTR will scrape results to their rating. Missing a week or two for camps or vacations? That's ok! We build in flex matches to make up on your own time.Flex matches: Time and place must be agreed upon by both players. Can be played anywhere/anytime but players do not have priority over scheduled programming at WCPR courts or free indoor court scheduling2025 Summer Session- Tennis Clinics Session Dates: - 8 weeks: June 2nd through August 2nd. SKIP DATES: June 30 through July 5, We would need at least 48 hour notice if you have to cancel. Refunds will not be issued after classes have begun. 4-Player minimum per class, space is limited. - In the event that WCPR must cancel a clinic, you will be notified by the department and will be given the option of transferring your payment to another available class, receiving a credit to your account or to receive a full refund issued by check.
- Should you need to cancel your participation in a clinic, you must notify the department no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the program in order to receive a credit or refund. If sufficient notice is given, you may receive a credit to your account or a refund by check for the full amount of the activity.
- Credits are immediately effective once in your account. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive refunds processed by check.
