Description
Awaken to Spring – Sound Bath & Guided MeditationJoin us at the Franklin Rec Complex for a deeply restorative sound bath and guided meditation designed to release winter heaviness, help regulate the nervous system, and gently awaken new energy within. This session invites you to reset, restore, and reconnect with yourself as you transition into the lighter, more expansive, growing energy of spring.Through soothing sound and mindful presence, you’ll be supported in letting go of stress, emotional tension, and mental fatigue while creating space for clarity, balance, and renewed vitality. As the season of growth begins, this experience offers an opportunity to nurture new intentions, awaken creativity, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of renewal, possibility, and growth.
You will be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a rain stick, as I walk around the space, offering a personalized and grounding experience.
