Finding the Light That Sustains
As the days grow shorter and the holiday season unfolds, give yourself an evening to slow down, restore your energy, and reconnect with the small, everyday moments that bring comfort, hope, and joy. From a kind gesture or shared laughter to the warmth of sunlight through a window, we’ll explore how noticing these simple sources of light can help us feel more present, grounded, and nourished through the winter months.
Join Tracy for a restorative sound bath centered on calm, presence, and renewal. Through gentle guided meditation, we’ll make space to notice the small moments that sustain us—a kindness, a shared laugh, a quiet breath—and allow those everyday sources of comfort to nourish us.
Settle into the soothing sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and rainstick. This immersive experience invites you to release the busyness of the season, soften tension, and reconnect with a sense of peace you can carry into the days ahead.
For best comfort, wear loose-fitting clothing and socks. Bring a yoga mat, meditation pillow, or any items that help you feel relaxed and supported, such as a light blanket, eye mask, bolster, or water bottle. Feel free to lie down or sit in a chair—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Children aged 12-17 are welcome to attend with a parent, provided they can remain still and quiet for the full 45-minute session. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or metal implants, please consult your physician before attending.
