This class is for continuing ballet and tap students to further develop the skills learned in Tap/Ballet 1 class. The class structure includes more elements of a standard ballet class. Students are introduced to basic ballet exercises, and technical elements. The goal of this class is to solidify basic movements and develop greater awareness of technical concepts. Second part of the class will focus on strength of the legs, ankles and feet and control of the tap movements. Uniform- Leotard with skirt of any color, pink tights, tan tap shoes, and "string free" pink ballet shoes.Class is suitable for students who:
1.) are at least 5 years of age AND completed two sessions of Tap/Ballet 1
2.) beginners in listed age range for class.
Recital will be held on December 13; details will be sent in class welcome email. Information on where and how to purchase costumes for recital will be sent in November. No class on 11/27.
