About This Activity
Description
Cradle your way to success with our lacrosse program! This class introduces young athletes to the fast-paced and exciting sport of lacrosse in a fun, encouraging setting. Over the course of the program, players will learn the fundamentals through drills and stations - such as cradling, scooping, passing, catching, shooting, and basic movement. Designed for beginners, this class helps develop hand-eye coordination, agility, and teamwork while building confidence on the field. All equipment is provided.
