Does your child love playing games? How about making their own? With this camp they can transform their love of games into a start down the valuable path of learning to code! We teach students how to make their own versions of popular games, showing them how to take an idea and turn it into reality. This introductory game coding course uses Scratch, a coding tool developed by M.I.T. for elementary students. Using Scratch’s powerful visual coding interface students will be able to create scripts that can control art assets they create with only minimal typing. A perfect starting point for learning coding, logic, and game design skills.
