About This Activity
This week, we will be learning all about the living creatures we find in and around the forest and pond at Through the Trees. We will explore the pond, looking for amphibian friends and observing the ecology. We will wander through the woods, exploring the new and old growth and observing what we find. We will offer fun activities, art, and games all focused on pond and forest friends, their life cycles, and how they survive in nature! Additionally, there will be time each day for unstructured, self-directed learning, play, and exploration of and in the natural world. Note: Participants should be 6 years old by the start of this session in order to participate in this program.
